Senior marketing,
built in the garage.

Race Spec Media exists because automotive and motorsports brands deserve marketing from someone who understands both performance culture and revenue systems — not a generalist agency learning the category on your budget.

The Story

Twelve years building growth programs across real estate, nonprofit, and performance-driven categories — and a lifelong obsession with cars.

The work started in real estate, where attention is cheap but trust is everything, and continued through nonprofit campaigns where every dollar had to be defensible. That training shaped a discipline: build systems, measure what matters, and respect the budget.

The car obsession started earlier. Weekends in the garage. Hours spent reading service manuals, learning the difference between a numbers-matching restoration and a tribute build, and eventually — finding and bringing home a 1968 Jaguar E-Type Series 1.5 in deep racing green.

Race Spec Media is what happens when those two threads cross. A growth studio that understands both the spreadsheet and the spec sheet. That can write copy for an aftermarket brand without sounding like a tech startup. That knows what a customer means when they say period-correct or numbers matching.

No bloated agency overhead. No junior team. Just senior strategy, real execution, and a clear focus on the industries we actually love.

Operating Principles

Four rules that shape every engagement.

01

Revenue over reach

Followers and impressions don't pay invoices. Every system we build is measured against pipeline, sales, and LTV.

02

Craft over volume

We'd rather ship one campaign that works than five that sort of do. Detail and discipline compound.

03

Operator's mindset

We think like owners. Margins, cash, retention, and brand equity all matter — not just the top of the funnel.

04

Real culture, real fluency

We speak the language. Builds, club events, dyno numbers, period-correct details — it shapes how we write and what we ship.

The Standard

Craftsmanship and performance aren't a contradiction.

The best motorsport programs are obsessive about detail and ruthless about results. Telemetry, tire pressures, setup notes — every variable measured and tuned because the clock doesn't lie.

Marketing should hold to the same standard. Polished where the customer sees it. Engineered underneath. And built to last more than a quarter.
